France - Chauvigny to Paris

The platform roof gives you a good understanding of the Arch's dominant position in Paris. The Arc de Triomphe stands on the Place de l'Etoile with 12 avenues radiating out from it, all of which are named after battles. You get a 360 degree view of Paris up here. The Eiffel Tower is just starting to disappear into fog (top right).
